I discovered my personal practice through a pivotal time in my life when I knew if I wanted to know peace of mind and simple joys I would need to make some major changes to my lifestyle. Yoga helped me translate mat lessons to real life lessons, the main one being you don’t have to be great at something to try. I also learned the importance of slowing down to get there fast. Join me to discover a personal practice that works for you at any phase or stage of life.
My name is Adriana Ochoa (RYT 200, Yoga Alliance) and I teach a Hatha style practice to bodies who would like to try to explore the relationship of body and mind through breathe and gentle movement.
